Alabaster products are completely handmade, so slight irregularities, slight color differences and minor size differences may occur. We believe these differences encapsulate the beauty and charm of handmade objects. Each one is unique, making it a work of art in itself.

Usage: Not suitable for cleaning and should never be placed directly on a hot plate. Alabaster can withstand the use of real candles, but we recommend electric ones to reduce soot stains. Not suitable for outdoor use in winter. Alabaster should never be used for use with water.
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 week days.

Himmerli ApS offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 30 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to webshop@himmerli.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
