Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

You bear any return costs.

A withdrawal request must be communicated to us within 14 days after delivery, and after notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for the return shipping, and you are liable for any damage during transport.

The withdrawal request must be sent by email to webshop@himmerli.com or by using the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions. The message must clearly indicate your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.


Partial Withdrawal

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Note that you do not get the shipping costs refunded if you withdraw part of your purchase.

Condition of the item you have returned

You are responsible for any depreciation of the item’s value resulting from handling other than necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functionality of the item. This means you can try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal, you may receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount. It is up to Himmerli to assess the condition of the item. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

Refund of purchase amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), within 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you provide evidence of having returned it.

Himmerli accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, and Mastercard. We do not charge card fees.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched from our warehouse.

Amount reservation

When using international debit or credit cards, an amount reservation is made for the transaction. This amount is reserved until the webshop processes and dispatches your order. Once the order is dispatched, the funds will be withdrawn from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service. Refer to your card issuer for specific rules.

Debit Card authorization

For debit cards, you may notice that the funds are reserved on your account, affecting your available balance.

If you or the webshop cancels your order later on, the webshop cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation will still apply for a certain period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

Credit Card Authorization

The funds will only be withdrawn from your account and reflected in your overview when the webshop processes and completes the payment for your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Himmerli uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is secure and unreadable by external parties.

Delivery and shipment

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (Free delivery from DKK 999):

Under normal circumstances, packages are delivered within 1-3 business days in Denmark. If the item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be notified immediately. In this case, we will return your money or help you find an equivalent item elsewhere. 

We can ship all Danish orders with Dao, GLS, or Postnord. You have the option to choose the shipping method that suits you best.

You will always receive a track and trace number to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

For sales outside Denmark, contact us at webshop@himmerli.com. Note that deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs and taxes paid by the recipient.


A 2-year warranty is always provided for products according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act when you shop with us as a consumer. The warranty covers all defects in software, material, and manufacture.

If your complaint is justified, you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Complaints about defects and deficiencies must be communicated to Himmerli within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the error, the complaint will always be timely.

The right to complain is forfeited in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Himmerli covers the return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for dispatch so we can refund your shipping costs.

If you have received a faulty item, contact us at webshop@himmerli.com – describe the fault or deficiency and provide the order number. Additionally, attach pictures showing the fault/deficiency.

Complaint and recourse

If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please contact webshop@himmerli.com. If we are unable to find a resolution, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

To be eligible to file a complaint, the item or service you are complaining about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. However, for complaints regarding clothing and footwear, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

When shopping on an e-labeled webshop, you can have your case processed for free by e-mærket, regardless of the amount involved. Read more here.
