As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 14 days after delivery and after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return of the package yourself and you are liable if any damage occurs during transportation.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to webshop@himmerli.com or by using the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you regret any part of your purchase.
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Himmerli ApS to evaluate the item’s condition. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we have received your notice of withdrawal.
We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us proof of return.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.
Himmerli accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard. We do not charge card fees.
Payment will only be deducted from your account once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
When using international payment cards, debit as well as credit, a reservation is made for the amount being purchased. This amount is reserved until the web shop has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.
You can find out more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
For debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved on your account and your available amount will be shown as less.
If you or the web shop cancels the order, then the web shop will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time. Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.
The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws the payment for your order
All amounts on the website include VAT.

Himmerli uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (Free delivery from dkr. 499):
Packages are normally delivered within 1-3 business days in Denmark. If the item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be notified immediately. In this case, we will give you a refund or help you find an equivalent item elsewhere.
We can ship all Danish orders with Dao, GLS or Postnord. So you have the option to choose the shipping method that suits you best.
You can choose between home delivery, a pickup location or have the package sent directly to your workplace.
You can choose between the following: DAO, GLS or PostNord:
DAO Shop: 49.00 kr.
DAO Home: 49.00 kr.
GLS Pakkeshop: 59.00 kr.
GLS Private: 69.00 kr.
PostNord Delivery point: 59.00 kr.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
For sales outside Denmark, please contact us at webshop@himmerli.com. Please note that deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs and VAT and that this is paid by the recipient.
Products are always covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act when you shop with us as a consumer. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Himmerli within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
Himmerli covers the return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified. The product must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to also get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

If you have received an item with errors or defects, please contact us at webshop@himmerli.com – here you must describe the error or defect and state the order number. In addition, you must attach pictures showing the error/deficiency.
Complaints are not accepted if they are sent cash on delivery or without delivery.
If you act as a trader, we reserve the right to remedy e.g. in the form of repairs rather than replacements.

In order to make a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost a minimum of DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
