Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days in Denmark. For all other countries, you will be contacted regarding a delivery date.

With the exception of custom orders. In this case, you will be contacted regarding a delivery date.

If a product or item is unexpectedly out of stock at the time of your order, it is usually delivered within 7-8 working days.

If the item is sold out with our supplier, the delivery time will be extended further, provided that the item can still be sourced.

In both cases, you will be notified immediately.

We apologize, but unfortunately, it is not possible to add or modify your order once it has been placed. We work promptly to pack and process your order, which means we cannot make changes to it once it has been received.

You can return Christmas gifts until January 31, 2024.

Himmerli ApS offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 30 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail on webshop@himmerli.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

The return process is handled manually, as each return requires a thorough quality check before we can put the items back in stock. Thank you for your understanding.
