Designed for progressive resistance, these Moonchild 3-pack exercise bands are ideal for functional training, strength, power and flexibility.
The fabric loop bands combine comfort, aesthetics and effective training.
The bands are made of durable fabric/nylon and are available in three resistance levels:
Light: 8-16 kg
Medium: 12-24 kg
Heavy: 16-32 kg
