LUX lacquer products in high gloss lacquer are produced in Vietnam using old traditional techniques and each product takes up to 45 days to produce. The handmade products are created in small craft villages. The base is made of MDF and varnished 10-12 times with certified varnish to achieve a high quality and a luxurious look. The lacquer products are packed in recyclable material.

Delivery to a delivery location of your choice: GLS – Privat, GLS – Pakkeshop, PostNord – Privat, PostNord – Erhverv, PostNord – Valgfrit udleveringssted, DAO – Direkte, DAO – Pakkeshop for shipment of your ordered items.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”.
You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
Himmerli ApS offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 30 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to webshop@himmerli.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
