Unique and beautiful felted ornaments are handmade from New Zealand wool in Nepal, created with love and care by skilled artisans. Each small decoration is 100% handmade, making each product unique and therefore varies slightly in shapes and sizes. The production supports local communities and promotes traditional crafts in Nepal.
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 week days.
We have put together some shipping options that are fast, cheap and flexible. You have the opportunity to choose the shipping method that suits you best. You can choose from the following:
Delivery to a delivery location of your choice: GLS – Privat, GLS – Pakkeshop, PostNord – Privat, PostNord – Erhverv, PostNord – Valgfrit udleveringssted, DAO – Direkte, DAO – Pakkeshop for shipment of your ordered items.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”.
You will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
Himmerli ApS offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 30 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to webshop@himmerli.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
